1. Platform Intellectual Property

CLARA (Compilation, Licensing, Agreements & Rights Administration) is a product of MAPS, developed and owned by AG Consultancy & Services Limited (AGCS LIMITED t/a ARTISTEHUB), Company Registration 10778479.

All intellectual property rights in the CLARA platform — including but not limited to its software, source code, algorithms, user interface, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all associated content — are the exclusive property of AGCS LIMITED or its licensors. These rights are protected under applicable UK and international intellectual property laws.

2. Trademarks

"CLARA", "MAPS", "ARTISTEHUB", and all associated logos and design marks are trademarks of AGCS LIMITED. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

3. User Content & Music Rights

Users retain full ownership of their original musical works, compositions, lyrics, and associated intellectual property submitted through the CLARA platform. Submission of content to CLARA does not transfer any ownership rights to AGCS LIMITED.

By using the platform, you grant AGCS LIMITED a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your submitted content solely for the purpose of operating the CLARA platform and providing compilation administration services.

4. Copyright Protection

All original content on the CLARA platform, including text, graphics, agreement templates, and generated documents, is protected by copyright. Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent
• Create derivative works based on the platform's design or functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

5. Agreement & Document IP

Agreement templates and their structure as provided through CLARA remain the intellectual property of AGCS LIMITED. The substantive terms and agreements executed between parties through the platform are governed by the terms of those individual agreements.

6. Reporting IP Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property has been infringed upon through the CLARA platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the following information:

• A description of the intellectual property you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the infringing material is located on the platform
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
